We deliver food products only to addresses within the surrounding Los Angeles County area. We cannot deliver to P.O. or APO/FPO boxes. Our hours of operations is Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm. You may use our website for special delivery dates available online ONLY. We may choose to change our hours of operations at any time. For any other reasons other than an emergency in a case of any natural disaster we will not be hold responsible for your order. For all other international destinations, we dont ship.
We can arrange door to door service or contact less delivery for you as well.
Pick-ups are not available.
Shipment of all products and other items will be handled by a local AwesomeRentals.Online delivery driver, which includes on-site delivery and handling in the space of your choice. In the rare event that you do not respond within a 15-mins an additional delivery charge of $4.99 will apply on your next order or we may hold your account on pause for the next 6 months.
For products that require professional delivery and handling:
In some cases, your order can be delivered to you the same day or within 1-2 days of placing your order. Should additional time be required for final delivery, AwesomeRentals.Online or a representative from our company will provide notice to you via text or a call. AwesomeRentals.Online partners with only the best local delivery drivers to ensure a positive experience.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your order, a fee of $2.99 will be applied before noon the following day. You must submit a written request to sales@awesomerentals.online to cancel your order within the same day.
After your order has been processed, but before your product is shipped via our local drivers. An additional 20% restocking fee will apply.
Return Policy:
Because your order was custom built for you our list of products cannot be returned for a refund.
